Who We Are

A consultancy built around conviction, craft, and consequence.

Kinetic Strategy was founded in 2025 by a small group of senior advisors who believed consulting had drifted from its purpose. Too many decks. Too few decisions. We rebuilt the model around the partners who do the work, the courage to disagree well, and the discipline to deliver.

Today we work alongside boards, executive teams, and investor groups across GCC and Europe, translating ambition into operating reality. Our engagements are deliberately small in number, deeply senior in staffing, and judged by a single metric: did the business move?

How We Work
